The Third Sector Excellence Awards 2012

It’s impossible not to be impressed by the quality of the work done by the voluntary sector. It acts as the conscience of society, drawing attention to injustice and demanding progress. It lobbies politicians, runs vivid and moving campaigns and acts as a reservoir of expertise. And it often does

all this on a shoestring.

 

The Third Sector Excellence Awards are intended to recognize and celebrate that vital work. They are now in their fourth year, and there are 24 categories covering everything from direct mail to employee innovation. The awards night is one of the high points of the voluntary sector calendar.

 

So please think back over the past twelve months, tell us about the best things you’ve done, and we’ll put them in front of our teams of specialist judges. And we look forward to seeing you at the awards ceremony at the Hurlingham Club in west London on Tuesday 18 November.
