The PRWeek Awards will once again be held in the Great Room of Grosvenor House, Park Lane.
Interest for this event is expected to be high and tables will be sold and position allocated on first come first served basis. Once the main floor is fully booked, tables will be allocated on the balcony. We will contact you to inform you whether your table is on the balcony.If you wish to book fewer than ten people you and your guests will be placed on a shared table with other companies.
The ticket price includes the drinks reception, a three-course menu and an evening of excellent entertainment. If you are booking a table of 10 and would like to include wine with your dinner please select the “With wine” package below.
Due to industry demand, also this year there will be Premium Tables. We have a maximum of 31 tables that will guarantee your company a prime location on the floor of The Great Room. These tables can only be purchased as tables for 10 people at the special rate of £3,500 + VAT – early bird rate (Wine is not included in the premium package). As part of your premium booking you will also receive a branded meeting point in the main reception of the PRWeek Awards 2008, which will allow you to meet and greet your guests at a specified point in the room.

Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 25 July 2008): £ 3500.00 + £ 612.15 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 4112.50
Standard Rate (Bookings received after Friday 25 July 2008): £ 3800.00 + £ 665.00 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 4465.00
Standard Tables Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 25 July 2008)
With Wine (an allocation of 5 bottles of wine per table of 10): £ 2350.00 + £ 411.25 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 2761.25
Without Wine: £ 2150.00 + £376.25 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 2526.25
Individual Seats Without Wine: £ 215.00 + £37.62 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 252.62
Standard Tables Standard Rate (Bookings received after Friday 25 July 2008)
With Wine (an allocation of 5 bottles of wine per table of 10): £ 2550.00 + £ 446.25 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 2996.25
Without Wine: £ 2350.00 + £ 411.25 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 2761.25
Individual Seats Without Wine: £ 235.00 + £ 41.12 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 276.12
Charity Rate
With Wine (an allocation of 5 bottles of wine per table of 10): £ 1400.00 + £ 245.00 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 1645.00
Without Wine: £ 1250.00 + £ 218.75 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 1468.75
Individual Seats Without Wine: £ 125.00 + £ 21.87 VAT @ 17.5% = £ 176.87
Payments can be made by credit card, cheque (please make all cheques payable to PRWeek Awards 2008) and invoice. Please have a purchase order ready before continuing with your booking. All bookings will be processed upon receipt of payment.
