PR Week Summer Forum: 30 June - 1 July 2008

An exclusive networking and meetings event for senior PR communicators

Norton Park Hotel, Winchester

THE FORUM OFFERS YOU:

ROUND-TABLE DISCUSSIONS AND WORKSHOPS:
The PRWeek Forum's series of workshops and round-table discussions provide an excellent opportunity for you to debate issues affecting your company and department.

All of the round-table discussions are moderated by an industry leader and they are all conducted in a confidential environment.  They provide a real opportunity for you to learn best practice from your peers and for the group to pool their knowledge, expertise and experience.

What you are able to take away from these discussions is unique to the PRWeek Forum.

STRUCTURED NETWORKING SESSION:
This informal networking session gives delegates the opportunity to suggest and discuss contemporary ideas and issues that are of relevance to you and your industry. This session will give you the chance to network and share ideas in intimate sized groups to facilitate a creative and productive environment.

NETWORKING:
The PRWeek Forum is all about networking. Everything at the Forum is centered around meeting people. You will have coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, drinks receptions, time at the bar and time in the spa. Not to mention the valuable networking you will do during the round-table discussions and supplier meetings. You will have had the opportunity to really get to know each and every other delegate by the time you leave.

STRATEGIC BUSINESS MEETINGS:
The suppliers who attend the PRWeek Forum are leaders in the industry. You will be sent a list of the suppliers before the Forum in order to provide you with the opportunity to choose which ones you would like to meet.

Each meeting is only thirty minutes long. As the suppliers are notified in advance of their meeting schedule they will already know the basics about you and your company so that you can get down to business immediately. Neither expect a hard sell nor to sit down with suppliers who are irrelevant to you. Expect to have useful conversations with companies you would use. Expect to get results.
