The Guide Live

Due to the huge success of 2009's Forums, Event magazine is hosting The Guide Live 2010 on Thursday 20th May.  We are delighted to invite both agency and  corporate event planners or event organisers whose primary business is organising events and not owning venues, to apply for a FREE delegate place.
 

The Guide Live Forum is considered an indispensable opportunity to get together and meet face-to-face with key suppliers, gain insight into the latest events trends and network with peers.

 

Networking opportunities

The relaxed atmosphere of the Forum encourages the open exchange of ideas and experiences. With over 150 people at the Forum, you will have plenty of opportunities to meet everyone and network with other senior events professionals, speakers and suppliers. The evening drinks reception will provide an enjoyable end to a busy day with entertaining speakers.

 

One-to-One Meetings

We will bring a range of suppliers to The Guide Live, enabling you to discuss all aspects of your industry. A list of supplier attendees will be sent to you prior to the forum so that you can then choose whom you would like to see. We shall then arrange a series of 30-minute face-to-face meetings with the suppliers of your choice.

 

Are you eligible to attend?

Do you have responsibility for a minimum budget of £250,000 per annum to spend on events? If so, then you are eligible to apply for a complimentary place at the Forum.
