PRWeek Forum 2010

An exclusive networking and meetings event for senior

PR and communications managers

20-21 September 2010 | Macdonald Botley Park Hotel

What is the PRWeek Forum?

The PRWeek Forum is essentially a live version of the magazine, and so is the perfect business development event. The Forum gives you the opportunity to:

  • Network with other senior PR and communications professionals
  • Learn from industry experts in the comprehensive workshop programme
  • Meet with leading suppliers and keep up-to-date with what is new
  • Relax and unwind at the four star delux Macdonald Botley Park hotel

Networking

The Forum is structured in a way that enables delegates to meet each and every attendee at the event. You be able to network during:

  • The workshop sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Breakfast
  • The gala dinner
  • In the bar

This informal networking session gives you the opportunity to discuss contemporary ideas and issues that are of relevance to you and your industry.

These sessions will give you the chance to network and share ideas in intimate sized groups to facilitate a creative and productive environment.

Workshops

The PRWeek Forum's series of workshops and round-table discussions provide an excellent opportunity for you to debate issues affecting your company and department.

All of the round-table discussions are moderated by an industry leader and they are all conducted in a confidential environment.  They provide a real opportunity for you to learn best practice from your peers and for the group to pool their knowledge, expertise and experience.

What you are able to take away from these discussions is unique to the PRWeek Forum.

Strategic business meetings

The suppliers who attend the PRWeek Forum are leaders in the industry. You will be sent a list of the suppliers before the Forum in order to provide you with the opportunity to choose which ones you would like to meet.

Each meeting is only thirty minutes long. As the suppliers are notified in advance of their meeting schedule they will already know the basics about you and your company so that you can get down to business immediately. Neither expect a hard sell nor to sit down with suppliers who are irrelevant to you. Expect to have useful conversations with companies you would use. Expect to get results.
