Marketing Direct Forum 13 - 14 October 2008

Complimentary delegate places at the Forum are available to corporate purchasers of direct marketing services with a significant purchasing responsibility and an annual direct marketing budget in excess of £150,000 per annum.  Please go to the online registration form at the top of this page.

Conditions of booking

Cancellations

If you cancel within six weeks of the Marketing Direct Forum, you will be charged £1,000 + VAT. Cancellations received within two weeks of the Forum will be charged £2,000 + VAT. These charges are to compensate for hotel space that has been guaranteed in advance, the administration resulting from last minute changes in itineraries and the knock-on effect on other delegates' and suppliers' meeting arrangements.All cancellations must be received in writing. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation. Suitably qualified replacements may be sent if you are unable to attend, however the organisers must approve them before the event takes place.If any delegate attending the Forum does not keep to the itinerary of appointments they will be charged the full cancellation fee of £2000 +VAT. If a delegate is there to sell their company's products or services, the organisers reserves the right to charge such delegates the full cost of accommodation, meals and the equivalent cost of being an exhibitor at the Forum.Haymarket Business Publications reserve the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice.
