Conference & Incentive Travel Agency Forum 2008
Are you Eligible?
If you are a senior event organiser with significant purchasing responsibility and an annual agency budget in excess of £500,000 per year, you are eligible to attend the Forum as a guest of C&IT Magazine completely free of charge.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Cancellations
If you cancel within six weeks of the C&IT Agency Forum, you will be charged £1,000 + VAT. Cancellations received within two weeks of the Forum will be charged at £2,000 + VAT. These charges are to compensate for hotel space that has been guaranteed in advance, the extra administration resulting from last minute changes in itineraries and the knock-on effect on other delegates' and suppliers' meeting arrangements.
All cancellations must be received in writing. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation. Suitably qualified replacements may be sent if you are unable to attend; however the organisers must approve them before the event takes place.If any delegate attending the Forum does not keep to the itinerary of appointments or is there to sell their company's products or services, the organisers reserve the right to charge such delegates the full cost of accommodation, meals and the equivalent cost of being an exhibitor at the Forum.
Haymarket Business Publications reserve the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice.
