Marketing Financial Forum 19 - 21 November 2008

Are you eligible to attend?
If you are a senior marketer within the financial services industry with significant purchasing responsibility and an annual budget in excess of £750,000 per annum, you are eligible to attend the Forum as a guest of Marketing magazine absolutely FREE of charge. This includes all your accommodation and meals (not including drinks) for the two days and nights.

What happens next?
Once we have received your completed form, we will send you confirmation of your place at the Forum, or notify you that you have been placed on the reserve list. Approximately one month before the event, we shall send you full details on the confirmed suppliers, allowing you to pick the companies you wish to meet, plus further details on the venue, location, timings and other useful information.

Conditions of booking
 
Cancellations
If you cancel within six weeks of the Marketing Finance Forum, you will be charged £1,000 + VAT. Cancellations received within two weeks of the Forum will be charged at £2,000 + VAT. These charges are to compensate for hotel space that has been guaranteed in advance, the extra administration resulting from last minute changes in itineraries and the knock-on effect on other delegates' and suppliers' meeting arrangements. All cancellations must be received in writing. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation. Suitably qualified replacements may be sent if you are unable to attend, however the organisers must approve them before the event takes place.

If any delegate attending the Forum does not keep to the itinerary of appointments or is there to sell their company's products or services, the organisers reserve the right to charge such delegates the full cost of accommodation, meals and the equivalent cost of being an exhibitor at the Forum. Haymarket Business Publications reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice.
